About Us
A Thankful Heart is part of a small Amish community in northeast Indiana, Shipshewana. We opened our doors in 1996 and embraced the community and all it had to offer. Scavengers for the past , we search for old doors, hardware, buckets, feed sacks, porch pieces, shutters and the like, and transform them into one-of-a-kind pieces from things left behind.
